Job Title: Manufacturing Helper 
Location: Chino, CA
Pay Rate: $20.90 per hour
Shift: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Helper supports production operations by assisting with material handling, assembly preparation, equipment support, and general housekeeping. This role helps ensure safe, efficient, and continuous manufacturing processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators and production employees with daily tasks
• Load and unload materials, parts, and finished products
• Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts as authorized
• Prepare products and materials for assembly or shipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Perform basic packaging, labeling, and inspection duties
• Support inventory and material handling activities as needed
• Assist with setup and cleanup of equipment and production lines
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or damaged materials to supervision

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic understanding of manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attendance and reliability

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
• Ability to work in a manufacturing / warehouse environment
