What You'll Do

• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish (water, fire, storm damage, etc.)
• Coordinate crews, schedules, and resources to keep jobs moving
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
• Ensure job documentation, compliance, and timelines are met
• Problem-solve in fast-paced, ever-changing situations
• Deliver a high level of service during what can be a customer's worst day

What We're Looking For

• Someone who wants to learn and build a long-term career
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership mindset (even if you're early in your career)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed

Bonus points if you have experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination—but it's not required.
