Senior Treasury Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and banking activities to support business objectives. Prepare cash forecasts, financial analyses, and reporting packages that support strategic planning and operational decision making. Monitor treasury transactions, funding activities, and banking relationships while ensuring compliance with internal policies and controls. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation initiatives, and enhanced reporting capabilities across treasury functions. Support special projects, financial initiatives, and high priority business needs in a fast paced environment with significant workload demands. Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience. Proven track record of accomplishments in treasury, finance, or related business functions. Strong experience with cash forecasting, liquidity planning, financial reporting, and banking operations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems used for analysis and reporting. Qualifications Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and make sound business recommendations. Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated success identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across departments and with senior leadership. Self motivated professional who thrives in a high volume environment and consistently delivers results under pressure.
