Expert ACH & Payments Support Engineer

Finastra is seeking an experienced Payments Platform Support Engineer to provide expert-level functional and technical support for NACHA/ACH processing and FGPP flows. You will own complex issues end-to-end, act as a senior escalation point, and drive improvements in first-contact resolution and MTTR. You will analyze payment file flows, understand compliance impacts, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Deployment teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Finastra
