Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Seeking a full-time Senior FP&A Manager to work remotely, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and analytics for assigned service lines, while partnering with leadership to drive financial accountability and insights. Key responsibilities Develop and implement analytical frameworks for capacity planning and revenue analytics, transitioning from reporting to an analytics-driven approach Serve as the primary financial business partner to service line leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights and recommendations Own the full budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycle for assigned service lines, maintaining a rolling forecast model and identifying risks and opportunities Required qualifications 8+ years of professional services experience in accounting, consulting, or advisory, with a strong FP&A background Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and familiarity with accounting processes and GAAP Experience in the professional services industry, with an understanding of billable vs. non-billable economics
