Business Development Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to build relationships with local businesses, identify new opportunities, and help employers provide valuable benefits to their employees.

This 1099 role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking, prospecting, presenting, and developing long-term business partnerships. You will have access to training, sales resources, and ongoing support while building your own territory in the Indiana market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
• Prospect for new business through networking, referrals, appointments, and community involvement.
• Identify employer needs and present customized employee-benefit solutions.
• Conduct business presentations and employee benefit discussions.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through implementation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong experience for clients and their employees.
• Stay current on industry trends, products, and market opportunities.
• Represent the organization professionally throughout the Green Bay community.
