Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist (PT) will be tasked with delivering comprehensive physical therapy services, which include:

• Conducting detailed assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
• Creating and executing tailored treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
• Keeping precise and current records of patient progress, treatment strategies, and outcomes in alignment with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A valid and current state PT license or certification is mandatory.
• A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
