Merchant Support Specialist

Providing exceptional service to merchants, the full-time Specialist I, Merchant Support will resolve queries related to payment processing, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and maintain in-depth knowledge of Payroc's products while working remotely. Key responsibilities Analyze payment-related issues and assist with disputes, providing sustainable solutions Collaborate with internal teams for the escalation and resolution of merchant concerns Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and contribute to process improvements Required qualifications Beginner to intermediate functional knowledge of merchant support processes Strong customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations professionally Proactive mindset to identify and address potential process or product gaps Ability to develop strong product knowledge across Payroc's offerings Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with leadership on operational improvements
