Full-Time Hours in Just 3 Days Per Week Specifically looking for an opening Back of House Team Leader Work only Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday and receive full-time hours. Typical shift: 5:30am–5:30pm One weekly leadership meeting on an off-day (1 hour/week on a Wednesday or Friday) No Sundays Enjoy four days off each week for school, family, or rest. This is a hands‑on leadership role; you will lead while working in position. You are responsible for food safety, speed, product quality, coaching team members, and ensuring the next shift is set up for success. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high ownership, and a coachable spirit. Responsibilities Execute all BOH opening procedures Lead and position team members effectively Coach in real time during peak Maintain strict food safety standards Monitor waste, portioning, and product levels Run breaks and manage shift flow Complete and delegate daily checklists Communicate clearly in Slack and post shift notes Participate in weekly leadership meetings Qualifications 18+ years old Available Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 5:30am-5:30pm Previous leadership experience Strong communication skills Ability to lead in a fast‑paced kitchen environment We are a locally owned Chick-fil-A focused on developing leaders and serving our community with excellence.
