As youdemonstrateownership and produce results, your responsibilities will continue to grow. Primary Responsibilities Lead screening, sales pipeline management, andassisting withclient intake Executive scheduling and priority management Relationship management and business development follow-up Create and schedule LinkedInand other social mediacontent Assist with mediation practice development and scheduling Client billing, Clio payments, light QuickBooks Online bookkeeping Manage accounts payable through Bill.com Prepare weekly KPI and scoreboard reports Coordinate special projects across the law firm, Engage Workspace, and mediation practice Improve workflows, document SOPs, implement AI and automation Provide assistancewithadministrative operations and train team members on systems you create You Might Be Our Person If You naturally createorderfrom chaos.
