Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to ship product at the highest level. You'll own features end-to-end - design, build, test, deploy, and operate them in production. This is a role for engineers who want close proximity to users, fast feedback loops, and the opportunity to directly shape the trajectory of an AI-native platform.

What You'll Do

• Ship end-to-end features - design, code, test, deploy, and own them in production
• Work directly with users to turn feedback into improvements within hours, not days
• Build and operate frontend and backend systems that stay fast and reliable as traffic grows
• Review PRs, share context, and mentor junior engineers to raise the bar across the team

What You Bring

• 2-5 years of professional experience building products as a full stack developer
• Relentlessly resourceful - you've built real-world applications with a high bar for quality
• If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant
• Comfort working in a small team where ownership and speed are the norm

Bonus

• Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
• Strong sense of product taste
• Experience building LLM-powered products
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS, Redux
