Account Executive – RCM Sales
Bethesda, MD - Full-Time, Hybrid
Our client is hiring an Account Executive to help grow our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) business.
What you'll do:
- Sell our client's RCM services to healthcare practices and organizations
- Manage the full sales cycle - prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain your own pipeline with support from the team
- Travel to client sites and the Bethesda office as needed
- Work hybrid, based out of our Bethesda, MD office
What they're looking for:
- Mid to senior-level sales experience (roughly 3-7 years)
- Proven experience selling RCM, medical billing, or healthcare revenue services
- Strong communication skills - comfortable speaking with practice administrators, CFOs, and other decision-makers
- A resilient, self-motivated approach to sales
- Willingness and ability to travel locally/regionally for client visits
