State/Regional Managing Partner

Job description

Alber Firm P.C. is expanding its Divorce, Family and Criminal law practice across the State of Tennessee as part of our National Expansion, and we are seeking experienced State and Regional Managing partners in Criminal, Divorce and Family Law to join in leadership roles.

This opportunity is for attorneys with strong courtroom and litigation expertise, and independent case management skills. Portable business is not required — what matters is your ability to manage complex Divorce, Family and Criminal law matters.

Ideal Candidate:

· Admitted to the Tennessee Bar

· 5+ years litigation experience in matrimonial and/or criminal law

· First-chair trial experience preferred

· Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills

· Comfortable leading complex litigation independently

Regional Opportunities:

Our cases will span the Greater Nashville region and include Rutherford, Williamson, Sumner and Wilson counties.
