As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol X Ray Screening in Sunnyvale, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and retail personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity to help deter unauthorized access, theft-related activity, and policy violations.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain clear communication with site management, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
