Operational Leadership Oversee all day-to-day operations across all locations Lead General Managers and operational leadership teams Maintain operational consistency and accountability company-wide Serve as the final escalation point for operational issues Conduct regular operational audits and evaluations Extreme Ownership & Accountability Take full ownership of operational outcomes across all locations Step directly into operations when necessary during staffing shortages, leadership gaps, emergencies, or operational challenges Build a culture of accountability and ownership Protect the integrity, standards, and reputation of the brand Financial Performance Own labor performance, profitability, and operational KPIs Analyze operational reporting and financial performance Develop action plans for underperforming stores Partner with ownership on forecasting and growth planning Leadership Development Recruit, coach, and develop operational leaders Build leadership pipelines and succession planning systems Conduct performance evaluations and development planning Foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and operational excellence Systems & Infrastructure Develop scalable operational systems and SOPs Improve workflows, reporting, communication, and operational infrastructure Standardize operational execution across all locations Growth & Expansion Support and lead new store openings and expansion initiatives Build operational infrastructure capable of supporting growth Ensure new locations launch successfully and align with company standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Myth & Legend
