Job Title: Production Support Lead Job Description

The SAP Manufacturing Production Support Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily production operations through effective use of SAP. This position serves as a crucial link between Production, Planning, Inventory Control, and Logistics to ensure seamless operations.

• Process and maintain production orders in SAP.
• Monitor production order status and resolve transaction errors.
• Support manufacturing teams with SAP transactions related to production reporting.
• Assist with material movements, confirmations, and inventory transactions.
• Troubleshoot SAP issues and maintain production master data.

• Proficiency in SAP.
• Data entry and administrative skills.
• Experience in production planning and ERP systems.
• Understanding of supply chain operations.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems is preferred.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP modules such as PP, MM, IM, or WM/EWM is preferred.
• Strong skills in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, reporting, and analytics.

Located centrally in Appleton, WI, this role offers a flexible start time between 10 AM to 6 PM from Monday to Friday. The position is a contract to hire role, providing an opportunity for growth and long-term career development.

The role is based in a clean office environment with a smaller team in the administrative area, consisting of 10 people in total. The candidate will have their own working area, ensuring a focused and comfortable workspace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
