You will set the experience vision across the end‑to‑end supply chain—translating deeply complex, operational workflows into intuitive, scalable, human‑centered digital experiences that improve speed, resilience, and service.You will hire and grow the team that brings this vision to life, embedding design and research into empowered product teams. You believe great products come from tight collaboration, continuous learning, and strong design judgment.
