• Number of Beds -NA
• Number of Staff - 11
• Type of staff:

o Day Shift - 2 RT (1 NICU) with clinical coordinator M-F

o Night Shift - 2 RT
• Patient Ratios - 1st RT (NICU, MST and or PCU) 2nd RT (ER, ICU, MST or PCU) subject to change based on acuity.
• Type of equipment - Ventilators (servo U, PB 980, MR1 transport vent, C1 Hamilton Medical) Bipap (V60 , C1), F&P bubble CPAP, F&P HFNC
• EMR - Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
• Critical care management for adult vent patients
• Experience with vent weaning guidelines
• Trach care management
• Emergency and standard airway care for all patient population
• EKG procedure
• Blood gas analysis and technique to draw ABG sample
• RT Medication administration
• RT plan of care, assessment and progress evaluation
• Oxygen therapy
• Code Blue, Trauma, STEMI response
• Documentation and charge for therapy provided
• Physician communication
• Safety standards and checklist completion
• Infection prevention standards

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• NICU experience

• Blood gas analysis
• Bedside Bronchoscopy assist
• Emergency and routine airway management
• EKG
