• Licenses/Certifications: Valid LVN/LPN license, ACLS & BLS certifications (Preferred: CCRN)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience required, Epic experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide quality patient care in a busy ICU environment
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, including those in MICU, Neuro, TICU, and Burn units
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Use Epic EHR system to document patient progress and interventions
• Respond effectively to patient needs and emergency situations
• Adhere to facility policies, protocols, and safety standards
• Support patient and family education as appropriate

What You Need:

• Valid ICU nursing license in Louisiana or the ability to obtain
• 2+ years ICU experience; Epic experience preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
• Ability to work the scheduled shifts and weekend rotations
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
