Litigation Associate

Discover how you can grow with us at Dinsmore has an immediate opportunity available for a litigation associate in our Miami office, with a focus on real estate litigation and litigation involving international hotel companies. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, preparing cases for trial, and must be well-versed in researching and drafting briefs and motions. Experience handling negligence, fraud, professional negligence matters, as well as complex jurisdictional issues is preferred. Federal or state clerkship and/or appellate law experience is preferred. A Florida law license is required and familiarity with Florida’s federal court system is preferred. All candidates should have a strong academic background, and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. This candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, and develop business generation skills.
