Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel Med Surg Charge Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing job in Conroe, Texas. Required Qualifications Valid Texas RN license, ACLS (American Heart Association) certification, BLS (American Heart Association) certification, four years of recent RN supervisory and ICU supervisory hospital experience, experience in emergency event leadership (Code Blue/Rapid Response), critical care including ventilators and tracheostomy care, interpersonal skills, time management, organization, venipuncture, and IV initiation. Must be able to float between RN House Supervisor and ICU RN roles depending on facility census. Preferred Qualifications None specified. Additional Information The candidate must be flexible to float between different supervisory roles; facility employs paper charting. Candidates are required to follow the designated template for submission, including certifications and licensure documentation.
