As an independent Registered Investment Advisor, we are able to provide objective advice and build long-term relationships with the families we serve.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to build a long-term career as a wealth advisor.

This role provides the opportunity to work directly alongside experienced advisors and gain hands-on experience in every aspect of the profession, including:

• Financial planning.
• Investment strategy.
• Client relationship management.
• Business development.

You will receive mentorship and coaching while developing the technical knowledge and interpersonal skills required to become a trusted advisor.

Over time, the goal is for this role to evolve into a lead advisory position within the firm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist advisors in preparing financial plans and client recommendations.
• Participate in client meetings and follow-up implementation.
• Research planning strategies and investment solutions.
• Support portfolio analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to business development and prospecting efforts.
• Deliver exceptional client service and relationship support.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in financial services or wealth management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Securities licensing preferred (Series 6/7, 65, or SIE).
• Strong interest in financial planning and investment strategy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
• CFP® designation or pursuit preferred.
