Materials Manager

To Help us drive excellence, you’ll get to: Lead all materials and logistics operations, including planning, scheduling, inventory, shipping, receiving, and warehousing. Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive inventory accuracy and material flow while reducing waste and improving efficiency. Partner with operations, production, quality, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional service. Analyze data, solve problems, and implement innovative solutions that improve plant performance. Champion Lean manufacturing principles and foster a culture of operational excellence. This full-time role is a part of our Bluffton Ohio Leadership team and reports to the Plant Manager. What we are looking for: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or five years plus related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven leadership experience in materials management or logistics within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, ERP/MRP systems, and customer logistics. A collaborative leader who can motivate teams, communicate effectively, and make sound business decisions. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to lead change and deliver results. Automotive manufacturing experience is preferred.
