Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of our products, develop supplementary quotes, update program schedules, and serve as a support contact for customers. Roles & Responsibilities Provide deadlines for different project stages Participate in project meetings to address questions and communicate schedule or budget changes Maintain an issues list tracking all project issues Support effective decision-making with multiple options Perform quality control throughout project development Support technical evaluation at order placement Develop customer time schedules Analyze customer inquiries and submit supplementary quotes Coordinate project involvement of key personnel on both sites Conduct program review meetings with the customer Manage internal job orders for supplementary orders Assist in project cost management using a cost book Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Ability to understand 2-D drawings and 3D models Proficient in AutoCAD (2012 or higher) Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing General Requirements Excellent customer service and leadership skills Strong communication skills, both oral and written Strong math skills and mechanical understanding Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Willing to work overtime and travel domestically and internationally GROB offers a competitive wage and benefits package including vacation, health, dental, vision, STD, life insurance, 401K, and shift premiums.
