Do you take pride in delivering measurable business outcomes—not just project milestones?We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Senior IT Project Manager for our Denver branch to lead client-facing delivery engagements from initiation through go-live and hypercare. In this role, you will own project outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer experience while leading cross-functional technical teams to successfully deliver ERP and IT initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.A Day in the Life:Provide direction on program delivery to support our and our clients' organizational visionFacilitate knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous improvement within the PMOProvide coaching and mentoring to the PMO team as required and be a senior resource within the practicePerform technical interviews for potential candidates for the PMO teamAct as an escalation point for matters related to our offerings and lead or assist in the development of resolution plans as requiredParticipate in and advocate for cross-branch and cross-practice alignment on project delivery excellenceProvide insights on technology delivery as requiredChampion and advocate for the Long View portfolio of offeringsServe as the project manager and/or scrum master for high profile customersWhat You Bring:10+ years of experience in a program and/or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise projectsExceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and project teamsKnowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risksAbility to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leadersStrong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead complex IT projectsAbility to produce effective documentation including schedule, budget, scope, and executive level status reportsSuperior interpersonal skillsExperience in consultingScrum Master or equivalent certificationWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:PMP certificationPROSCI Organizational Change Management designationWhy Work at Long View:Great people and cultureCareer growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunitiesInteresting work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies$99,840 - $131,040 a year Expected compensation range is $99,840 - $131,040 with a variable incentive plan.Benefits Long View Systems (LVS) is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible, full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week.
