Demand Planning Manager

Senior Manager, Demand Planning & Analytics, CoE NA Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Senior Manager to lead demand planning, forecasting, and analytics for key brands across North America. The role supports the company’s commitment to a global S&OP process, leveraging industry best practices and digital technology to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic growth. Role Responsibilities Lead long‑term and short‑term forecasting for major brand portfolio, ensuring accurate and actionable demand plans. Serve as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, and other cross‑functional partners to gather inputs and validate forecasts. Develop and maintain driver‑based forecasting models, evaluating assumptions and driving continuous improvement. Analyze forecast results, conduct root‑cause analysis, and provide timely insights to support inventory, production, and cash‑flow decisions. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, influencing decisions while maintaining strong relationships. Drive the adoption of digital tools and business analytics capabilities to transform demand planning processes. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, benchmarking against best practices and external standards. Qualifications 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading demand planning in a major CPG or Spirits company in North America. Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP APO. Strong knowledge of digital technology and its application to demand planning. Deep understanding of S&OP best practices and proven ability to implement them. Track record of leading continuous improvement within S&OP cycles. Excellent talent development and mentorship skills. Team‑first mindset, prioritizing collective goals over individual accomplishments. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong conflict resolution and facilitation abilities. Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field. Salaries for this position are within the range of $145,000–$160,000, plus an annual bonus, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits.
