ViperX Management is seeing enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join our team as Entry Level Customer Engagement Associates. This is an in-person, customer-facing role supporting our clients through retail sales, promotional events and customer interaction within retail locations in Nashville and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Represent our clients' brand at retail locations

• Engage directly with customers to promote products
\n
• Generate new sales leads and qualify customer interest for sales team
\n
• Support the sales process by creating strong customer relationships

• Collaborate with team members to meet performance and engagement goals
\n

• Reliable form of transportation

• Strong communication and people skills
\n
• Positive attitude and willingness to lear (student mentality)

• Comfortable working onsite, speaking with customers and performing face-to-face interaction

• Willing to travel within a designated territory (mileage reimbursed).
