Job Information School Support Paraprofessional - Monitor JobID: 991 Position Type: Classified Position Date Posted: 8/3/2026 Date Available: 08/19/2026 Closing Date: 08/17/2025 School Support Paraprofessional - Monitor 2.5 hrs./day 181 days plus contracted holidays Base pay rate: $ 15.79 Position Title: Lunch Monitor Organizational: Reports to: Building Principal and/or designee Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Prior experience working with children preferred.
- Ability to do basic monetary mathematical calculations.
- Such additional qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate and necessary under law. Such additional qualifications shall not be arbitrary or capricious.
- Ability to use school software and technology to process and account for a food sale.
- Ability to adhere to guidelines of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP)
- Maintain student conduct, building policies, and procedures as outlined in the student handbook.
- Maintain cleanliness of supervised areas.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Building Principal and/or designee.
