Technology/Delivery Specialist - Lexus of Seattle

Lexus of Seattle is looking for a Technology/Delivery Specialist to join their sales team. Responsibilities Educate customers about the latest and greatest technology in their new car. Meet with clients after the sale to answer all questions regarding operation of their vehicle. Make follow‑up calls after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a complete understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles. Communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely to all guests. Explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules. Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a seamless delivery process. Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery. Maintain a professional image in appearance, words, and actions. Qualifications Must have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record. 2‑5+ years of customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Compensation $17/hour + Bonus. Schedule Must be able to work weekends.
