We are highly regarded as a leading publisher of library reference materials in print and online. Responsibilities Manage and grow a territory by identifying and targeting new customers and opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns Utilize HubSpot to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions Experience Strong sales skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present information to clients Experience in account management and customer service We offer a competitive compensation package, including base salary of $35,000 plus commissions and incentives typically totaling $15,000-$25,000 per annum, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
