Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Approaches: Assess patient needs and formulate unique therapy plans designed to help them reach their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and day-to-day activities.
• Collaborate With Interdisciplinary Teams: Work alongside other professionals such as physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nurses to ensure holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapy methods, empowering them to support ongoing recovery at home.
• Monitor and Document Progress: Keep track of clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure patient success.

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Continuing education and post-graduation certifications are encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
