Billing Coordinator Vedder Price is a corporate law firm headquartered in Chicago. With 300 lawyers and growing, they serve sophisticated clients of all sizes and in virtually all industries. They also have offices in New York, Washington D.C., London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Singapore, and Dallas. Location: Chicago, IL (on a hybrid work model going into the office 3 days/week) Salary: Up to 70K Base Position summary: (2 open positions) The Billing Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and adequately-detailed client billing by supporting assigned attorneys with client accounts. They are looking for someone who has experience with system updates, improving processes, and providing innovative ideas. This is a hands-on position that involves working independently and proactively on all aspects of the day-to-day billing with all offices. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of billing experience within a professional services or law firm environment Proficient in MS Word and Excel Nice to Haves: Exposure to Elite or 3E accounting software
