Analyst, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit (eCommerce Compliance)Client eCommerce Compliance Department is responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies, programs, and products to ensure safe transactions and maintain trust across our marketplace business. Our responsibilities include mitigating risks around Intellectual Property. The Analyst, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit (eCommerce Compliance) will report into the Senior Manager I, Intellectual Property & Anti-Counterfeit and will partner with the Legal, Marketplaces, Customer Support, Omni Merchandising Corporate Affairs, Technology and Risk Operations and Product teams.Responsibilities:Reporting on Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit metrics on a regular basisManaging internal escalations related to Intellectual Property and Anti-CounterfeitTracking and managing the support mailbox for Intellectual Property and Anti-Counterfeit escalationsBuilding strong partnerships with client internal stakeholders in the US and globallyPerform data analysis and trends related to Intellectual Property and Anti-CounterfeitConducting data analysis and audit of anti-counterfeit controls and programs (IP Gating, Rule Creation, Rule Audit, Seller Risk) derived from IP Claim investigation trends and observations.The ability to analyze large data sets to identify patterns and use insights to drive improvements and mitigate risks around Intellectual Property.What project or initiative will they be working on?Responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies, programs, and products to ensure safe transactions and maintain trust across our marketplace business.
