Role Description: We are seeking a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every task. This role is to report directly to the Director of Finance and is based in our Los Angeles office. Regular in-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Project base audits on client trust disbursements. Provide full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice review and timely payment processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions in the accounting system. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal department procedures and external vendor requirements. Assist with month‑end deadlines, special projects, and annual 1099 preparation. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable and IOLTA/Trust Accounting, ideally in law firm environment. Resourceful and Motivated Problem Solver.
