Perform detailed take-offs from project drawings and site data. Collaborate with sales teams to ensure winning proposals. Review contracts for accurate pricing and scope alignment. Manage project documentation, including submittals, change orders, and closeout packages. Participate in pre-construction meetings, setting up projects for success.What It Takes to Succeed Here:Expert knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installations. Experience reading blueprints, specs, and compliance documents. Proficiency with estimating tools like Edge, plus Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication and time management skills.
