Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end product life cycle for highly complex products. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, and identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience. Job expectations include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

More specifically, this role leads the end-to-end execution and governance of Deposits offer campaigns and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include partnering closely with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on strategic priorities; managing complex programs with multiple dependencies; driving execution through structured workplans and governance routines; overseeing business requirements and targeting approvals; and ensuring effective risk management through the UCRA process. The role also serves as the subject matter expert for the Deposits Offers lifecycle, identifying opportunities to enhance execution effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve offer performance through data-driven insights and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities
• Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
• Provides information on product trends to sales and marketing teams leveraging knowledge of product functionality, marketplace trends, and the competitive landscape
• Identifies opportunities to streamline or enhance product offerings to fit client's existing and future needs and support continued growth and operational excellence
• Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
• Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain meaningful insights about markets, clients, and competitors in order to develop products that solve client needs and ensure high adoption rates
• Develops and influences product strategy, driving products to provide comprehensive solutions across the bank
• Own the end-to-end execution and delivery of Deposits offer campaigns and strategic initiatives.
• Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute strategic priorities and drive business outcomes.
• Lead complex programs with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and execution considerations, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage workplans, execution routines, and stakeholder forums to drive transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making.
• Review and approve business requirements, targeting documentation, and execution-related deliverables.
• Lead governance activities, including management of the UCRA process, while ensuring adherence to established controls and processes.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Deposits Offers lifecycle, providing guidance on processes, governance, targeting, and execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve execution challenges, risks, and contingency scenarios to maintain program momentum.
• Compile, analyze, and interpret performance data to evaluate offer effectiveness and inform strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and execution quality.
• Drive operational excellence by leveraging best practices, sharing learnings across teams, streamlining workflows, reducing risk, and increasing capacity and speed to market.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and lead cross-functional teams to drive execution of business objectives and strategic priorities

• Prior experience working across products and marketing; cross-functional team leadership
• Proven success leading large-scale strategic initiatives involving diverse stakeholder groups
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple efforts with varying deadlines

• Strong drive to deliver results; problem-solving mindset to persist despite obstacles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data, insights, and business needs into actionable strategies and recommendations
