Station Security Manager

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Station Security Manager to lead the physical security operations at our clients new 1 million square foot warehouse. This role is critical to ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and infrastructure in a high-volume, fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. As the primary security leader on-site, you will oversee contracted security personnel, enforce compliance with global and customer-specific security protocols, and drive continuous improvement in incident response and risk mitigation. Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, HR, IT, and Corporate Security to align local procedures with global standards. Identify opportunities for security enhancements and recommend process improvements.
