Claims Review Specialist

Working remotely, the full-time hourly Claims Correspondence Review Specialist will assist with inquiries and resolve issues related to claims by performing research, interpreting plan documents, and ensuring timely claim processing. Key responsibilities Review and analyze claims processing and eligibility based on plan documents Respond to inquiries via email and phone, managing shared mailboxes and ensuring timely follow-up Collaborate with the Claims Examiner to address and resolve claims processing issues Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two years of claims examiner and/or customer service experience Proficient 10-key and typing skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
