AI Risk Strategy & Data Governance Lead

• Lead and support strategic AI Risk program
• Serve as the AI Risk program manager to help stand up a new enterprise AI Risk function
• Lead multiple projects or major workstreams from planning through delivery
• Collaborate with partners across IT and GR&S to maintain alignment and momentum
• Manage resource and budget planning to support responsible and efficient execution
• Track key metrics, insights, and portfolio-level reporting to enable data-driven decision-making
• Share clear updates, address challenges, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Assist with planning and scheduling initiatives to support smooth adoption of new programs
• Champion organizational change by supporting communication, training, and readiness efforts
• Act as a Risk Governance Analyst supporting facilitation of the AI Executive Risk Committee

Requirements Minimum 8 years of relevant experience At least 5 years in business project management, stakeholder engagement, or process optimization Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; graduate degree preferred but not required Experience in investment-related or global/multi-country environments is a plus Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influence skills Demonstrated ability to develop strategic roadmaps and implement process improvements High proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project reporting tools Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize complex work, and adapt in a dynamic environment ATS Optimization Keywords Below are skills and terms extracted directly from this job posting to improve Applicant Tracking System (ATS) visibility.
