Installation Manager

Job Summary Apply sound business judgement and accepted measurement techniques to produce installable windows and doors for every opening, delivering an average of 60 jobs per month and roughly $750,000 in revenue. Work with the Sales Manager to ensure projects are sold and priced according to company policies and financial objectives, reviewing and approving or rejecting projects based on their contribution to business goals. Serve as the primary job‑site contact for installation subcontractors and customers throughout the entire installation life cycle, resolving all discrepancies and disputes during construction. Provide direct oversight of subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality standards, determining job specialisations and assigning work accordingly. Provide financial approval on job‑impacting work with up to a 10% variance from the original estimate, perform post‑installation assessments for failing products or installations, and prescribe necessary work and materials to correct defects. Maintain a 98% accuracy level on all measurements in both units measured and jobs measured. Promote and enable the RbA Green Diamond Culture in all interactions. Responsibilities and Duties Provide complete installation method and materials estimate for jobs, ensuring each job meets financial, construction, and manufacturing standards. Manage the installation life cycle, including directing subcontractors, resolving disputes, and making decisions that affect the financial outcome of the project. Assess, document, and resolve underperforming products or installations. Process project‑related paperwork and other administrative duties, including EPA lead‑safe work‑practice documentation. Maintain 98% accuracy on all measures, in both units measured and jobs measured. Provide direct oversight of subcontractors, ensuring productivity and standards, determine job specialisations, and assign work accordingly. Utilise the Specification and Technical Information manual to ensure adherence to min‑max sizes and correct material listing for installation. Proactively identify situations that could impact customer expectations, job costs, or required residential building codes, and create documented solutions when forecasted issues arise. Submit structural issues and concerns to the Operations Manager for design and approval. Break down all required materials for successful first‑time completion of all jobs measured. Serve as the primary liaison between sales and customer, providing solutions to ensure successful first‑time completion while adhering to local building codes. Assist with installation and service work as required; be dependable and punctual with appointments, documentation, and commitments. Submit measurements to the Back Office within 24 hours; exceptions are made for orders requiring engineering or a measure summary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
