System Design Engineer – Vehicle Connectivity – F/M/X Gothenburg Permanent Job We are looking for a skilled System Design Engineer with a strong background in Electrical & Electronics engineering to join a team working on Vehicle Connectivity systems. You will play a key role in supporting system development, improving connectivity functions, and ensuring high‑quality requirement management within a complex automotive environment. Location: Gothenburg, Sweden Experience Level: 4–6 years Language: English (Fluent) Your profile Experience in system design within automotive or connectivity domains (4–6 years) Knowledge of vehicle connectivity systems and automotive architecture Knowledge of CAN signaling and basic diagnostics Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., SystemWeaver) Academic background: BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field English fluent; Swedish is a plus Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Have a T‑shaped mindset with willingness to learn and expand across domains. Your missions Support the Product Owner and System Owner within the Fleet Management Systems (FMS) area Collaborate with Function Owners to report maturity, progress, and status of End User Functions (EUF) Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the connectivity domain Provide technical support and take ownership of assigned connectivity areas Manage and develop system requirements in line with established processes Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment Contribute to system design, development, and verification activities.
