Sales Training Manager

The remote Prosigna Sales Training Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive training curriculum for sales representatives, focusing on onboarding new hires and providing advanced training for tenured staff while collaborating with various departments to meet strategic objectives. Key responsibilities Develop and implement training content for new and existing sales representatives, including both written and video formats Lead classroom and remote training sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory compliance Conduct ongoing assessments of training effectiveness and provide feedback to sales leadership Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in commercial sales training or related fields in the medical/biotech/pharmaceutical industry Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, education, or a related field Familiarity with medical sales processes, particularly in the IVD or LDT space Proven experience in instructional design and adult learning principles for both onsite and virtual training Ability to travel 15-25% for in-person training as needed Virtual Vocations Inc
