Requiremed Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Fundamental understanding of Jira and creating really simple dashboards, JQL experience
• Curiosity with AI and able to take initiative to learn (currently working with Kiro AI)
• General experience working with engineers

• Detail-oriented, proactive, great at following up on action items
• Good at taking direction and running on their own, minimal supervision

Day to Day/Project:

• Reporting and process responsibilities as a Business Analyst
• Run a meeting if manager is out on project status and timelines
• Provide internal business process visibility and improve workflow efficiency by developing analytics initiatives that support data-driven decision-making
• Define and analyze key performance trends, then utilize Kiro AI to automate data visualization, prototype interactive dashboards, and conduct rapid experimentation and drill-down analysis, increasing output from one report over two days to three reports in a single day.
• Improve process efficiency by refining Jira workflows, developing SOPs, and leading project management efforts that enhance team execution and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead internal project coordination by managing meetings, documentation, key decisions, and cross-functional alignment between vendors and construction teams
