Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Employment Type: Per Diem 8-40hrs/week Location: McGregor, IAAbout the RoleWe are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. CNAs will provide direct patient care, support nursing staff, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents and patients.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toiletingTake and record vital signs accuratelyReport any changes in patient condition to nursing staffSupport mobility and safe patient transfersMaintain a clean and safe patient environmentFollow facility policies and uphold patient confidentialityCommunicate effectively with patients, families, and staffContribute to a positive and supportive work atmosphereMinimum RequirementsActive CNA certification in good standingMinimum of 6 months recent CNA experienceIn-person BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationWilling to obtain a recent TB test and work physicalWhy Work With UsW2 Employment status, providing tax and employment securityWeekly PayAccess to a wide variety of job opportunities, including Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Contract, and Direct Hire positionsPaperless onboarding processWeekly pay schedulesImmediate access to benefits for qualifying employeesHealth InsuranceEmployee referral bonuses (varies by local office)
