Our agency opened in 2026 and is a brand-new, growing team with exciting opportunities ahead. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent six years working for another agent, always with the goal of owning my own agency and building something of my own. I’m a graduate of Purdue University and an avid golfer who enjoys staying active outside of the office. For our team, we offer PTO, paid holidays, health benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our office culture is team-first, we work together as one unit to support each other and our customers. We hold high standards and expect strong effort from everyone. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, and wants to be part of building a successful team from the ground up. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Brzycki - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
