Physical Therapist Position

We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to care for patients in communities across Long Island. As part of our team, you will work closely with a supportive patient care team and provide care to the highest standards.

Our Therapists:

• Review patient charts and medical history
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Teach therapeutic exercises and stretches
• Use hands-on therapy to promote healing
• Maintain patient records and adapt treatment plans accordingly
• Work closely with a supportive patient care team
• Provide patient and family education for health promotion
• Provide care to the utmost standard

Qualifications:

• New York State PT license
• Minimum of one year of recent hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist
• Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation.

• 5x 8-hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) with rotating weekends and holidays

• Competitive salary range of USD $90,000.00 to USD $110,000.00 per year

Posted salary range USD $94,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
