What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) As a Server, you will be responsible for serving each guest courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude. Additionally, you will follow cash handling procedures, keep your area neat, clean, stocked, and ready to serve guests while delivering quality service within company standards for hospitality. What You’ll Bring (Requirements) Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Casual Restaurant industry preferred. High School Diploma or GED, preferred. Current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements, preferred. Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
