Android Sales Manager

Job Type: Regular. Work Location: Market - GANDCORE - MA - Boston. Overview As an Android Sales Manager, you will drive success by building strong retail partnerships through dedicated training and advocacy, strategically managing your market, and spearheading project sales. Pay: Starting at $27 hourly; pay based on experience. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly contests and incentives are available. Schedule: Monday-Friday. This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check. Daily travel to multiple stores and occasional overnight assignments may be required. Job Description Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote Android devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets. Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at leading mobile carriers. Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure the "Best Experience" for retail partners and end‑consumers through expert product knowledge and outstanding service. Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in‑store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating retailers and customers on the features and benefits of Android devices and the broader ecosystem. Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives. Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement. Training and Advocacy Qualifications Proven ability to consistently drive results and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced retail environment. Demonstrated ability to influence retail partners and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, especially within mobile carrier retail store leadership. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust sales strategies to meet evolving market conditions and retailer needs. A proactive and driven self‑starter who can work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to acquire and sustain high product knowledge regarding Android devices and the broader ecosystem and effectively communicate it to retailers and customers. Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments; a valid driver's license is required.
