Overview The X-Ray Technician operates radiographic equipment for diagnostic imaging. They capture images for ER trauma, outpatient ortho, and routine screens. The ideal candidate will have expertise in radiologic technology and patient care, with experience in diagnostic settings. Key Responsibilities Operate X-ray equipment for imaging. Prepare and position patients for procedures. Administer contrast agents safely. Maintain and perform quality checks on equipment. Document procedures in EHR systems like Epic or PACS. Adhere to radiation safety protocols. This role is fundamental to basic diagnostic imaging.
