Full-Time Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation Range: $25 – $30 per hour Cargomatic is revolutionizing the transportation industry Founded in 2013, we power local freight through the first and largest digital marketplace for local trucking Our AI-enabled platform uses real-time data to match shippers with available drivers, improving efficiency across the supply chain Recognized as a Built In Best Places to Work, reflecting our people-first culture and commitment to growth, collaboration, and impact Bloomington, CA (Onsite) About Cargomatic Cargomatic is revolutionizing the transportation industry Founded in 2013, we power local freight through the first and largest digital marketplace for local trucking Our AI-enabled platform uses real-time data to match shippers with available drivers, improving efficiency across the supply chain Recognized as a Built In Best Places to Work, reflecting our people-first culture and commitment to growth, collaboration, and impact About The Role Support daily terminal and delivery operations in a fast‑paced environment Serve as a key operations and coordination partner for drivers, dock supervisors, and internal teams Ensure smooth dock launches and high levels of on‑time pickup and delivery performance Provide consistent, high-quality customer and driver support This role is onsite in Bloomington, CA and aligned to standard weekday business hours What You’ll Do Provide high‑level customer service and operational support Support drivers and serve as a primary point of contact during daily operations Coordinate with dock supervisors to ensure successful daily dock launches Lead and coordinate drivers to maintain on‑time pickup and delivery performance Maintain accurate driver records, including times, routes, and special handling instructions Manage KPIs, open job reports, and daily POD reconciliation Oversee pickup dispatch management, including B2B and B2C assignments Support key customer accounts and provide ETAs as requested Manually build jobs when required and input rate adjustments Track and trace shipments to ensure service expectations are met Provide ad‑hoc delivery and pickup coverage as needed Attend weekly operations meetings and support continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience in customer support and customer satisfaction Ability to think on your feet and problem‑solve in real time Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, systems, and processes Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities Ability to prioritize tasks and operate with a strong sense of urgency Preferred Qualifications Previous dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience Bilingual in Spanish Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision coverage with multiple plan options, including HSA‑eligible plans Company‑paid life insurance and short‑and‑long‑term disability coverage Flexible spending accounts and dependent care savings options Employee Assistance Program with confidential counseling, legal, and financial resources Wellness programs and benefit advocacy support Equal Opportunity Employer Cargomatic is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees #J-18808-Ljbffr Cargomatic
